Target amount £28,000 (we think!!!)– including kit, transport, accommodation, meals
(Now) Tickets are currently being sold from school for the Challenge Cup Final at the New Wembley £26 each they are on open sale and you can buy as many tickets as you like. I still have plenty left to sell. (If you need a letter see Mr P)
(Happening now) Raffle – Each student has been given £20 worth of raffle tickets to sell and a list of the prizes available to be won. As soon as they have sold them return those and the tickets ASAP to Mr P. If you can sell anymore we will be happy to issue with more tickets. (The draw will take place at the sports presentation evening Thursday 28th June and lists of winners will be issued.)
Thursday 17th May v Widnes Castleford tigers bucket collection –. Meet at Cas ground 6.45pm @ yellow gate at the side of the ground. You must wear full school uniform as we are being presented to the crowd at half time.

Monday 21st May, Disco at The Loft Xscape.- The disco will take place at the loft it will start at 6.30pm and finish at 10pm . It will cost £3 to buy a ticket from Mr P.

(After the girls rugby competitions have finished) Match Programmes- Currently being made is a glossy all coloured programme by the RFL about all the school teams playing in Wembley National Cup Finals with pictures and a little bit about each child who plays. They will be for sale at £3 each . Each Player must sell at least 10 ( returing £30 to Mr P ASAP)
Friday 8th June There will be a mixed sportsman dinner at the Castleford High School tickets £25, followed by speech by Barrie Johnson (ex Castleford and Great Britain Captain and Wembley finalist with Castleford 1986), followed by top Irish comedian Paddy Green, and finally Master of ceremonies Rugby League Senior referee John Kendrew (singing ref). There will be lots of fundraising on the night, which will conclude with a disco. (Letters to book a ticket for the evening will be given out by Mr P. and sold on a first come first served basis)
Thursday 28th June – Sports presentation evening. During the evening there will be all of the sports teams presentations of certificates. Plus extra trophies for player of the season etc. Later in the evening we will be Drawing the raffle with over 20 prizes.
Bag packing at Asda (Glasshoughton ) Asda have very kindly offered to let us bag pack to collect money and we will run a tombola by the main exit.
