Sports Day 2007

It is that time of year when the weather gets warmer and Sports Day is nearly upon us! Get your thinking hats on and start to think about your forms theme for this year, remember there are trophies for sporting achievements, but also prizes for the best supported form and fancy dress theme!

this years event will take place on 13th July.

 

Stay Healthy

1. Have a healthy breakfast by eating lots of carbohydrates such as bread, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and milk.

2. Keep hydrated by drinking lots of water and not fizzy pop

3. If it is a sunny day wear sun cream that has a minimum factor of 15, and wear a hat. Girls no lip gloss as this can burn your lips.

4. If it is cold wear a jumper to stop your muscles going stiff.

5. Warm up before your event.
